Is there particularly reason why I'm not able to post a comment? Every time I try and hit the post button I go to my documents and nothing else happens. Maybe a silly question but I'm one of the last of the computer illiterates out there.

works fine for me.
RE: leave a comment
You mean posting a comment on someone else's work on the main site, right? (just to make sure you're not taking about the forums or something else)

That's really strange. Pressing the post button should be all it takes, assuming you wrote anything. What browser are you using? (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox...) Not that I know anything about problems like this, but I have had browser specific problems before. (@Joris: I tried posting comments in FF27 and IE11. No problems.)

Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "my documents." Maybe you mean your gallery over here? -> [link]
RE: leave a comment
I'm using Firefox. What I mean with my documents is hitting the "post" button gives the same result as hitting the "add paintover" button. Can't post a comment on someone else's work but also can't reply on a comment on my own work.
RE: leave a comment
Hm that probably has to do with the invisible "Choose a file" button that's hovering over the "Add Paintover" button. We had to do this so all browsers would be able to have a custom "Choose a file" button (link: example). I think that in your browsers the "Choose a file" button is positioned incorrectly, over the Post button.

I'll take a look at it this weekend!

SSS, maybe you have an older version of Firefox? If so you could try updating. (I think you can do this at getfirefox.com <- click)

If an outdated version is indeed the problem it might be handy for Joris to know what version it is. In the menu at the top you can find this at Help -> About Firefox. You should get a window pop up with a number on there, and (probably) a single sentence under that telling if your version is up to date. The latest version is 27.0.1 by the way.

The getfirefox.com site should also tell you if your version is up to date.

It looks like I've an older version of Firefox. Also I've an older version of OS X and not able to updat to the most recent FF version. Bought the whole package (Mini-mac, PS, Wacom) a few years a go and never used it very much (more of a oldschool type: pencil, ink, water-colour/markers) and so didn't pay attention to updates. Monday I'll call my computer-guy and let him do his magic. I think after that I'll be able to post comments. At least I hope so. Starting to like this digital drawing/painting, never realized it could be this much fun.
