Sinix is another youtuber I can heartily recommend:

He's not always as consistent with his upload schedule (he may be gone for months), but there's some great stuff on his channel. I like his Design Lab series the most. It's nice and concept arty, and it has viewer participation. Even if you're not participating yourself (when watching old episodes for example) seeing the different interpretations around a given theme and seeing Sinix make an illustration based on the most popular design always makes for fun and inspiring watching material.
